Last time I came here I got internet interventioned by friends shortly thereafter. (non RWL related and frankly I wasn't even spending much time on the darn thing!) I was here for like four hours and talked to Peace Alliance for a while on vent and AIM. This is officially my yearly visit.

I know, right? I literally woke up this morning and was like "Hey, I should log onto the RWL forums and say hey." And then here I am, and there's even a thread!

How're you these days wolf bite?

Also to any old folks who has me on AIM (or wants to add me, it's in my profile), it's back on these days and is always online, just invisible, I'm likely not at the computer 90% of the time, but I'll get your messages and likely spam you into oblivion at some point!

For now though just postin' posts.

I was gone for years, Came back a few months ago to check things out on the forum. Got drafted into one game, then the other. RWL never dies!

About four years or so ago, maybe three, I signed up once and attempted to play RWL, it's so complicated now. There are numbers, and multiple attack fields and oh my is it complicated now. My mind cannot grasp the complexity.

I'm totally going to sign up and then latch onto someone and have them practically use my turns for me. CAN'T WAIT FOR SHAEL TO GET ON AIM (actually leaving soon but I will be doing this later just to be a butt)

Also just to note, I will continue to refuse to use Leaders because 13 year old me never understood those ratios (I do now, even though prom 1.0 or whatever is gone haha) and I must continue this tradition. Alas for the days that it was good enough to just make ridiculous land grabs until you could support the biggest army in the game and not even care when you got murdered down while you were sleeping/at school/who am I kidding I logged on from school if I could every now and again. "AWESOME I DON'T HAVE TO FORAGE SO MUCH". Then again there were also 250+ players then, but hey, details.

Oh RWL, I missed thee. Also can someone set up a game with the original code so I can pat myself on the back? Thanks.

You need to sign up for Reg again...it shouldn't be TOO complicated. We got rid of the group attacking system, for example, so it's kinda back to the old way. There's some other neat features too. Turbo has a ton of new stuff but sign-ups are closed till the end of the round. You came back at the right time though....lots of stuff going on.

Hopefully eventually we can have a server up with the old code. ^.^

WOW. Everyone has been popping by!? I don't know if all of you remember me, but I've been thinking about this place a whole lot since I heard about Brain Jacques passing away. I actually cried a bit, and remember how important this place was to me so long ago. Funny how internet forums are now sources of nostalgia? Anyhoo, I'm on the Reg. server as Northern Hordes just like the old days. I feel an urge to attack everyone around me multiple times even though I don't remember how to play anymore? I want to sign up on Turbo! :(

It's great to see you again Aus. =) For the newbies who don't know, Aus and Kilk are both old veterans from RWL's First Era (October 2002-Jan 2003), and Aus was even a RWL mod for a while.

Sorry you can't sign up on Turbo >.<, this round is a storehouse round, so it's hard for people to join in the middle of it. But it ends in less than a week. :) There's a ton of cool new stuff on Turbo, can't wait for you guys to see it!

I think we just need Cal, Raine, Julie, Nohc, and maybe a couple others and this place will REALLY feel like the old days. Forgot to say Orcrist is back too, he's playing Turbo.
