I told you practice....try drawing that pic. Expect it to not be perfect, look it over learn what you did wrong and try again...keep doing that youll get it in no time

I coulored the outside of every feather really dark, leaving the inside light then lightened and gave it more of a smoth look by lightly erasing the darkened parts then darkened the edges to define them...Took me a Looooooooooooooooong time
