unmaxable?

while looking at some warlords info pages, I noticed that it read:

Networth $127,854,430
Land 20,174 Acres
Race Wolf
Location Mossflower
Clan Noble
Rank 12
Attack? Unmaxable

This warlord is not set to war for my clan nor had I open atk'd him.
I've noticed this with several other warlords as well.

Is this just a feature for this round, or something new to the games?
