1.3 for defense, 1.4 for leadership, 1.4 for loyalty, the rest are 1.0.

if i get to the badger bank first i'm killing it without letting anyone steal from it except me and snare, we're not overly greedy, so we'll spend the badgers cash on helping him defend against everyone else
