Does anyone find it interesting that (as far as I can tell, anyway) there is not a single indier currently in the top ten?  And there is only one indier in the top 15?

I know it's apparent that a leader strategy is superior to an indy strategy, and that the game needs some tweaking, but the above statistic surprises me nonetheless.  Last time I played indiers still made up at least a third, maybe more, of the game, and I thought indiers working together (i.e., aiding before and after runs) could still mount an effective campaign.  So what's happened?

Indiers are playing team I recoon, just aiding away-but yeah there is a lack of indiers this round-guess not enough solo players willing to risk it-but to be fair, the shield clan has had plenty of indiers in the top 10, even top 5. Juska would be but he used a ton of troops freeing land

Solo indy has given way to team indy because the net aid limit was removed, so indiers no longer hold their own troops. I would bet that all those indiers in the low ranks are also clanned.

There is a really easy fox for that that should have been done already, I think. Bring back the 3x aid limit.

But yeah I think aid limit should be in place-not three times max, maybe like 6 times max or something

I was up there, but deleted and rerolled a leader.

Figured it wasnt worth smashing my head against the wall.

Also revolted in reg for the same reason.

I was up there, but then Sevz starting lock land and now I'm currently fighting a 5 v 1 battle against him and his allies. Kinda tough to beat solo leader players with giant food net because of all my darn desertions.

Sevah is basically winning unopposed with his team except from Juska, who destroyed about 400mil net earlier when he guerilla'd the guy holding Sevha's net, also freeing 175k land
