It's a two man clan, and the other guy seems to be pretty peaceable.  At least I haven't seen any aggression out of him.  and you get the same response every time you try to talk to him.

Standards under 500 didn't work if people had cities, you would have to add standards under 1500 if the defender has a city. Just something to do before we re-add that code.

I don't know how you played over a QMT, but here at RWL we try to accomplish a goal, especially in turbo rounds.  This round is to defeat the Emp.  We have to do that by working together and building up NW.  Please stop killing off holders, not only is it annoying but it is counter intuitive.  Last round was fun and all, but this round you need to calm down.
