No, forgot to check libary <_<

Dead Eye

Triss was the worst. How any one hates The Tagerrung is weird. It was one of my favorites.
Dead Eye Trueflight of the Seas, Servent to the Emperor and Empress of the Northlands

http://kevan.org/brain.cgi?Itha

Spokesperson for The winter clan.

Part of the ROC since some time in October-Nov

guardians of night

I didn't enjoy Mossflower that much. I don't know why, I just didn't. It just wasn't as fast paced as some of the other ones, like Mattimeo. That one was probly the best. I read it in 6 days, compared to Mossflower, 6 months.

Nevermind, Lycos screwed up my game!

Dead Eye

Wow, you are a slow reader. And Mossflower was one of the best.

baransarn

Indububitly, Moosflower is one of the best but not as good as others and 6 MONTHS to read a book! Thats inhumane!

I read Redwall in 2 days :P
some of the others in 3-4 when I had the time...

Town dog in Redwall, Page 37:

"...piglets, an entire litter of them, eaten alive by rats... sickness and disease spread through livestock herds by Cluny's army. There was even a report brought to me two years ago by a town dog; an army of rats stampeded a herd of cows through a village, causing chaso and much destruction."

:P :D :P Ha. Town dogs and cows, mentioned in one brief paragraph. sorry for typos in the paragraph, have to rush...

The railroads were brought up by Beatles in an earlier topic... somthing about Basil's ears going like railroad signals...

btw. if not for cows, how would the critters in the redwall books get their milk, which is also used to make cheese?
milk themselves? ick, mouse milk... badger milk... hedgehog milk... hmm...
A Goldfish has an attention span of 3 seconds... so do I

I know I read Martin the Warrior in about 3 days the first time I read it. I think that's the fastest I've read a Redwall book... that I remember anyway.

*sniff*
My English teacher forbids me to read Redwall until after the AP test! Oh, woe is me!

baransarn

Jacques answered this on his site. The milk and cheese and what not is made from plants. Whenever he says "greensap milk" it comes from a plant.

The food scenes always make me so hungry! Something about what moles and hedgehogs can do with hazelnuts... mmmmmmmmm!

baransarn

I wish that I could live in Redwall solely for the feasts and tea time. *licks lips*

Quote from: baransarnMarial of Redwall is certainly not the worst! :o I know it's an opinion, but come on! You find out about the Terramort and how the Joseph Bell came to be and other unmentionables that I can't remember of!
Well, I've read only the first four and now I'm reading Salamandastron.Well, yeah, you're right in that last sentence...
"Patience is a virtue."

"Perfect practice makes perfect."

RAINBOW

Van

I think Redwall was the worst. How anyone could dislike Taggerung is beyond me, Taggerung had a great plot compared to the same bad guys attack Redwall, Martin helps redwall defeat them.

I read redwall in 1 day once, hehe. I am a fast and deicated reader, I read the first 4 Harry pot-head books in 3 days ^_^ it was rainy and my cousin had them and I was desperate for reading material. But I hated taggerung because it didn't stay consistant. The otter was strong, then average and everything in between

The Lady Shael

It took me two weeks to read Triss, but only because I had a lot of homework those two weeks, and I was pretty busy. It took me about a day to read each of the others. I read the fourth Harry Potter book in less than a day: it was in my hands at 4:00, and I finished it at 2 the next day. ^_^ Which includes eating and sleeping of course, although I went to sleep at 11:00 that night...

:o Dreadfully sory to write Luke the Warrior, I was actually referring to The Legend of Luke but ah well it's basically about luke the warrior anyway.
The reason I didn't like the Bellmaker compared to the rest was all the foreshadowing that they were gonna win and all the calmness. There were hardly any little skirmishers such as snipers and that etc. The end battle wasn't very good either.

Only thing that I could take out of the Bellmaker was there food and I think they mention blackberry wine and mmmmmm thinking about it I'd love to get my hands on some of that!

Does anybody wonder how come there is no strawberry cordial on the market today? That wouldn't be too bad to drink I reckon....
