I'd advise rejoining OH myself  ::)

Seriously though, we're about to get active again, just a short hiatus. (by about, I mean now)

Not that I'm bias, but O.H is active again, like Ungatt said.

BTW...at the time of this post, he is out of vacation, just in case anyone wanted to know.
At the risk of ruining Briar's career by disparaging her find of the famous Sackaleaderer horse...

1000 miles away and now with new tech trouble. Oh well. There's a big difference between a 5 minute break on RWL (without any commitments to others--by the way) and 2-4 hours when you don't. Anywho--I'm glad everyone is so concerned about how I'm enjoying my vacation. I just checked and got my grades from last term as well. Honors Econ snagged me an A, Speech got me a B+, the Law class was worth a smooth A+, and finally my Marketing was a nice A (with honors credit, from doing the term project/final alone). Now then--I start again in a week today, when I will be back in Miami. New York's been nice and cold. I just finished getting groceries, having to walk for a few miles. I'll see about popping back into normal play when I can actually connect wirelessly.

it's true firetooth, you've obviously never been involved in a highly sophisticated clan run, they take time and patience, ask any of the elites. It's alot different than just blowing your turns on turbo in a matter of minutes.

I've been involved in clan runs before, so I do know what they're like.
But you don't need to get involved in clan runs to stay out of vaca. Pfft. He seems active enough to view the forums and play turbo, too me he should still play. Besides the matter he vaca'd on 124k land. Don't tell me that's a coincidence. You guys are using this rubbish as an excuse to lock land.

If you say so little buddy. You will realize once you reach about 16 or 17 that there are bigger priorities in life than running on RWL. Believe me, there is elaborate planning before each clan run, and they take hours usually either way. This was around the time of his finals, as he said, so I am inclined to think that you are just whining for the sake of whining.

I say "ni" :P
I nearly never make woof clan runs, but I still seem to be helping them out.
The fact is, if Bob has time to do a 5minute run he can do that on reg-all he needs to know is who to aid and whens the best day to do it. Infact, he only has to run every 4 days or so, where as on turbo your turns get maxed each day.
Convient how this little vaca stunt benefits you guys, 124k land reserved, as well as a bunch of troops. You seem to have ignored that part of me post.

Snare, the point is that if you are unable to play, you shouldn't be a jerk and take a bunch of land with you on vacaition for weeks at a time.

ummm, i've been in them too and i'm no pro. and sometimes it takes just as long to get an effective run in on turbo too

Gorak

I wasn't around for the whole vacation thing, but darn Freddy, your annoying even me
you really don't know what your talking about when it comes to clan runs, your just whining about land, like some bloody socialist who thinks he's entitled to what someone else worked for.

Shut up already, until you actually have something constructive add
he'll be back.

In the mean time, there's plenty of land floating around
Victory without honour, is more shameful then defeat.

Blobfish

Gorak I do know about clan runs...they honestly don't take hours to plan and such. No I'm not whining, I just don't like playing against people who bend the rules to their advantage.

My point is Gorak, even if he is too busy (but he can play turbo?) does he need to take the land with him? No.
