I was planning to use that cash to buy volks stoats and top up 175 ratio on 600k land by capturing Castro. Would have been making over 10 bil cash per goldmine 0_o 

Well done CLM, although there really wasn't much competition.

Even with the extended round and various glitches that aided in troop production only one emp was killed and the top guy was broken late.

If there had been two full-out competing teams nothing would have gotten done, maybe the bottom emp broken.  So most people conceded and worked together to achieve the round's goal.
