health bug

In both reg and turbo my health is won't go any higher than 91%.  I have tried looting, scouting, foraging, loyalty and nothing will let it go higher than 91%.

yeah, if your tax is over 11%, your max health drops. I think it's -1 max health for every 2% tax over 10 or something like that.

Don't worry briar, I made the same mistake like 3 days ago, windy can contest to it.

if 91 health is max, then tax rate is prolly around 28%
I could be wrong, but I think 11% is highest tax you can have and still hit 100% health
