Land dropping

You can only drop land after your account is 3 days old.
This prohibits me from running as a leader-er.
Is there some reason why this is or can we get rid of it.

It's to prevent people from making billions of accounts and dropping land to the land farm to flood the game or whatever.

How about we get rid of the drop land for free feature and make it cost the same amount of turns as demoing?
