Clan Lockout

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't we get rid of the 72 hour clan lockout rule? it's still effective on reg. I wanted to change clans and now I'm stuck.

Wait 72 hours.  It's not like you run that often anyways.

I know, but I seem to remember that feature getting removed, and i want to make sure this isn't some leftover bit of forgotten code.

If I remember correctly it's supposed to be still left there, to prevent clan hopping.  I don't think that has changed (unless I missed something.)

And I seem to remember it getting removed after Shadow started an arguement saying that it doesn't prevent hopping because you need to be locked for this to happen, which is true.

And yes, the 72 hour rule is still in effect, I haven't officially removed it yet. I was gonna talk about it with wolf first before I did anything.
