Sell bug

Errrr, just wondering when I go to mercenaries, and I click sell goods, Warlords Guide: Military comes up. I try to read it and it just says:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function dbquery() in /home/redwallw/public_html/turbo/guide.php on line 3

Just seeing if its a bug or purposefull
