Since we moved the site to the new server, the bots could not find us.  But they are now hitting again.  The cool part is the the forum program has a new update that makes it fun to ban them.  (evil laugh)

the forum is on a new version.

One click to get their screen name, ip, email and even their host banned. It was a bunch of work before. now it is instant gratification!

After i moved to SMF forums from PHPBB i didn't encounter in boots for almost a year.
I hope the will not back.
