Locations bonus changes!!! 

Opps, do to some of the program reloading, the benefits from the different locations got changed around on both servers. Basically on reg there is no difference and on turbo it was just ? ODD!

I have reset Turbo to the following.  We will try the following and your Admins reserve the right to change them around if we have nothing else to do.  Er .. ah, I meant after we check how these settings are working.

Southsward
+ 80 Scouting 
+ 20 Workers
This is a good place to be a new, peaceful or market account. It is also evenly rounded in its magic and army production.

Mossflower
-20 Army production
+20 Loyalty production
This would be a good place for someone concentrating more on their magic users.

Northlands
+20 Army production
-20 Loyalty production
This is a good place for someone concentrating on building an army.

I also took the word ?county? from Mossflower because it keeps causing those people to take up two lines. 

Let me know how this is working for everyone and then I will make changes to the regular server.

After a long time wondering, I finely figured out what a button does that we never use on the locations.  I can make more workers come to you in a location.  This will help the market strategies.  Please note the edit to the first post for Southsward.
