i barely play reg, i just love fast-paced turbo rounds - but this one is now pointless and pretty one-sided considering there are only about 3 active people on my team lol

Yeah. Now that Idunno and I understant the point of Duels, I think we can even the sides quite a bit.

I'm not saying we're as good as the old-timers,  but we adapt easily.
