I cant create a clan?!?!?!?

On reg i have tried to create a clan several times and it has not allowed me to do so, it would be much appreciated if one of you guys could fix that thanks!

In game mail shael's account with the tag and name of your clan. for now, she has to go into the program and add it. Don't know why it is not going on its own.
