What ratio do i need?
And i thought the stoat race was the one that got leaders but its pressgang stoats, when i tried that with the same amount of leaders and over a 100% ratio it still didnt work.

for the advanced spells like prepare raiders you're better off waiting for or asking somone to take some land so that you have a 100+% ratio

rank also has an effect, the closer to rank one the harder it becomes

the x-pressgang spells are also somewhat broken.  I believe they require workers and are somewhat finniky to get working..
