CONTEST - The Otters Avatar

Wolf and I had a great idea today. We wanted to get somebody to make a new avatar for Retto.

The idea is to see who can make the best looking avatar of an Otter tied to a chair.
If you wish to expand on the idea, of course you can.
We will be voting on it, and the winning avatar will become Retto's new avatar!

Yes, all you art people get your paper or computer programs out to see who can make the best one. Bring back some of the other people that like drawing. You have 2 weeks to post here your entry. The otter must be some how tied to a chair or a computer or both. No inhumane torturing of the otter is allowed!

And ah, no, we dont' have his permission.

I don't think it'd be fair for me to submit a picture for a contest i helped start... But i was inspired, lol. so here's my retto painting. I don't have him restrained to a chair or anything, that would have taken me for ever to draw and i am not good at gometrical things like chairs.

I did what everyone else did, use google pictures. But i edited them and made everything in paint. And as you know, paint is very bad at making icons so when you rate the icon 1-10 you must double that score to get the actual score lol.
I used another program that came with my camera to brighten it up.
