Gaining Back Health

 How does your army get back its health, mine just keeps going down, how do i get it back to 100%.

 Every time you attack someone, your health does down. Some types of attacks makes it go down faster than others. Every time you use your turns in a non-attack way your health goes back up. Things like scout, loot, earn, and forage make your health go up one per each turn. Also some of the magic stuff that is not an attack also makes your health go up.

When your health is low, your army is weaker in attack and defense. You cannot die from low health, only no land. Also know that if you have changed your tax rate to over 11%, your health will not go all the way up.
