Resetting

 When we reset, should the function first:
- take everything off the market and give it back to its owners
- recalc rankings
- Attempt to equalize loans.

Those are some of the things people like to do before it resets - I'm wondering if it would be a good idea or bad to have those automatic things happen before we actually reset. On one hand, nobody gets a chance to lower the networths...but on the other hand, everyone gets the boost from getting stuff right before reset.
