 How do i get more leaders per turn to prepare raiders?

 hrm.  first, this would go in help, but, to answer your question anyways,  first you need leaders, to get thoes you need huts, lots of em, use turns after you make your huts to make leaders, the may use magic, but will not appear like magic, they come slowly, painfully so..   after you have a few, depending on the amount of land you have, you would need to demolish a few huts till you gain very little or no more leaders, then you can prepare raiders (in theory) or use any other action..

 Leaders / huts = 80% or more = raiders work.

 Once you're not gaining leaders a turn, all missions work.
