 It'll be rated PG-13 as no previous Star Wars film has been dubbed unsuitable for ages 13 and up.  Afterall the films were originally supposed to be childrens movies or some sort....

Sooooo  the rating will be PG-13

 Ep. III will either be PG or PG-13

It's more likely that it'll sqeak by with a PG, though.
