This round has teh seeds of a good old war. first you have the vengence clan, you can use that for geting a great old war going. All you ahve to do is attack somone 25 times, immediatly join vengence, and when they counterattack call vengence in for unlimited attackes on the empier you started a fight with, who then calls his clan in for support, allies get called WWIII starts. and yes I have had a breaf descussion with peace on this, 2 messages acctulay. And yes untill he changes clan rules thats exactly what will happen.

Then there is me, just as fair warning recently ive had the diplomatic leaning of a mule. AKA i give 1 warning if you over attack me then counterattack my counterattack. After that im not going to touch your land much unless i need it, im going to make sure your econ is dead. very easy to do without the mecenaries to help balance you country out.....

Maybe you need to re-read again. Warning is pretty much a synonym for threat, I would hardly say its not even close.

Warning: You attack me once, I'll counter 20.

A threat cannot be affirmatively conditional or it is not a threat.

No threat:
If someone shots at me I will kill them.
If you step on my property I will kill you.
If you sing that song again I will kill you.

All the above the ?warnings? are conditioned on someone affirmatively doing something.  If the person does not do something, then you will not harm them.  Thus a warning.

Threats:
I will kill you unless you pay me.
Unless you get off my land I will kill you.
Unless you get an A in class I will kill you.

In all the above you are saying that you will do the act unless the person does what you want them to do.  You are forcing the movement, not hindering one.  Thus a threat.

Also, just telling a person you will kill them no matter what is a threat too.

 Germainia       peach aliances post on his clan rules can be conciderd a threat under some cercumstances,  I personaly take it as an advisery on how to attack.  

as for my "threat"  lets re examine it shall we.    for example    You attack me 20 times, i will then attack you 20 times. If you attack me again 20 times again  I will issue a warning to not attack in 24 hours and limit attacks on me afterwords,  and attack you back 20 times.  If you hit me back again next day, and fall into the number of attacks i concider  a planned attack, I will end the war that day.  I wont kill you, I wont make sure you dont get in the top ten, I will make sure that you are going to spend the next 450-800 turns rebuilding your econ...  

yes it can be conciderd a threat  but its a very very weak one,   I would expect the people to take it as anythign but the warning it was intended as, to be amoung the same people who would sue mcdonalds, becasue they were drinking coffie fresh while driving and spilled it in their lap, and sueing because the coffie was hot and they were not informed that the coffie was hot by mcdonalds staff.....     still can beleave that mcdonalds lost that court case.    Am releaved however that they won the one about the guy who spilt a cold milkshake in his lap....  Or the one about hot pickle on the hamburger they microwaved when they got home ....  can you imagine warning on mcdonalds hambergers,  do not microwave as pickle gets hot !?
