 Turbo Reset

Turbo is now set up with BAXX, without clans, and with laddering on.

Ladders work like this:
You cannot Move North, Move South, Burrow, or Prepare Raiders.
Minutes in the top ten are counted when your location has at least 20% of the players in the game.
You advance to the next location when you have (2+(2*eranum)) days of consecutive standing in the top ten, so:
4 days in Southsward
6 days in Mossflower
8 days in Northlands

You can only attack warlords in your own location.

So, don't let HPRs take over the top spots, and get whisked off to saftey-land - take it for yourself.

Regular Reset

Regular will reset on the 14th, BAXX with clans and without ladders.

 14th..

...that isn't a Wednesday, is it?

Ah, a Sunday.. that should be okay.

Well, the game has been reset and I don't see much of a difference.

 Look closer.

I think it's a great improvement..

I have looked closer, and all I see is a slight update to the messaging system and the scores list, and a quicker way to attack.  Very minor improvements, so why did the game need to be reset?

 so everyone can start over
I'm so tired of being lost in a world,
Where no one can find me.
I want to break free of the cage,
That has been enclosing me for too long.
I know that I am alone and no one will save me,
So I am to escape for myself.
I wander down a path,
That will go on for eternity.
I shall never reach the end,
I am trapped no matter where I go.
Though I finally manage to reach the end,
I must fight the monster inside of me to pass.
It is filled with so much anger, hate, and despair,
The only antidote is love, courage, and hope.
The three things I do not have,
And never will.
It is there that I give up,
I have nothing left but myself.
So I lay down forever,
Never going to get up again...as I fade away from all existence.

What I meant was, what changes were made to the game itself?

The sack and capture techniques. The different ways to allocate percentage for fighting. That alone is big.

Do you mean the different little percents you put in those little boxes when you attack someone? You could do that before.

In general, the whole attacking thing is revamped and a bit different. Instead of the attacker being able to set the defenders' defense, it's calculated, and the attacker can choose to sacrifice various things for other things (more losses for more land, less land for money, less land for leaders, less land for less losess, etc...)

On the outside, it doesn't seem to have changed too much, but the main reason it needed to be reset is that it is a whole lot more flexible. The news is what drives the changes, mostly. It used to be that there were 8 columns for news information, which about covered losses for each of the four troop types for each player. But now, you could loose leaders, or food, or cash, or all three, as well as all the troops, as well as land. And if you setup the game for more products or more troops, there's even more adjustments which need to be made. With the new news thing, it's all in one spot, and there can be like a hundred data items.

How do I do that? I'm no that good at the game, so I wouldn't know. Is that what the little boxes that you put the percents are for?
