It's because people know what you do.  No offense, but I really think you need to switch strategies.  You are very predictable, and people are starting to take advantage of that, knowing that they can easily break through you, and knowing beforehand what you will try to retaliate with.

I agree with Menatus, though-- posting someone's stats when they've done NOTHING to offend you is VERY rude, Deathclaw. I sentence you to twenty lashes with an extremely soggy noodle.

 Well, it doesn't take a genius to know she doesn't have any troops but skiffs... I got through the top twenty with two-million. Then, of course, came the incident with Menatus, and bye-bye poor skiffses...

 Ashyra, when no one's expecting it, you can mass something else and whoop 'em. No one will use skiffs against you. Plus, skiffs are the hardest to mass anyway.

And guess what?  Everyone knows that you're one of the few who masses skiffs!  That is why everyone can (and some do) take advantage of you.  You're being stubborn by remaining with skiffs when it's obvious to everyone else that you should switch strategies.

When everyone knows what you do, it negates any advantage you have from being the only one who does it.

hrm..  not really, most know by now that I mass skiffs and leaders on turbo, but that doesnt stop my skiffers from breaking almost everyone..  esp. my newly aquired 20 mil skiffers *pats skiffs*  
yet, I do lose my land incredibly fast..  soo..  *Shrugs*  massing can be a good thing or a bad thing..  depends...

 Ashyra- if you need some help, I'd suggest that you take your skiffs, sell them, buy all rats, and beat the ... out of basically everyone you want to.
