[The Mercenary]

 I think this thing will never go anywhere unless the leaders pick a place and give a time, and work from there. You can't get a general consensus on what's best, you need a few opinions and then a decescion. If this is realistic that'd be the best way to go, right now its a bunch of what ifs. Just my foolish opinion.

 We have a simple plan, but we (the directors) are in contact almost everyday and we have made decisions, we just haven't made them public, and we won't be doing that until our first Committee meeting. Due to a lot of members being on holiday we have not yet held a proper meeting, but we see no problem with this since it is only August. There is still almost a year until we expect the event to go ahead, we have more than enough time for what we want to happen.
Just be patient. Things like this can't happen over-night, especially when the people organising this have lives to consider.
By this time next year, we will be talking about how successful the meeting was.
