 I don't see why a RWL Convention get its own whole category, when the General Discussion is all messed up.
General Discussion contains a mixture of IG posts and randomness spam, for the most part. And this makes it very hard to sort through posts, as many have pointed out. It certainly takes priority in my opinion to a supposed RWLCon in '04.

 There is a forum for SPAM. People do it anyways. Next person to put a link to the "ear game" in the general cat gets banned. If you have any ideas on how to clean it up, I'd be happy to hear them.

I have a whole topic i started about the GD, Boze. You seem to have ignored it. But i very clearly pointed a suggestion that would easily fix the GD problems.

 The reason, Holby, why Boze gave RWLCon/RedCon its own forum, at least according to my understanding, is because it's turned into a joint effort between the forces of RWL and Terrouge... hence, the new people who've joined just to discuss it.

Go to Terrouge and look at what all is posted there about RedCon, and you'll understand better. They wanted someone to put up an Invisionboard for it, and Boze was nice enough to do it for them.

 Also, RedCon is NOT sponsored by Terrouge anymore. The RedCon discussion simply sprouted there. None of the Terrouge staff members seemed very eager to create a new forum for RedCon. So I did. Meh.

Of course, most of the sane people would like to combine RWLCon and RedCon. However, militant RWL members *cough SHAEL cough* are against this. They are holding my mother hostage ::cries:: . My poor ole' mam.

These forums allowed ideas to be shared in one place, and, hopefully, an eventual combining of the events (though the RWL Liberation Army thinks otherwise).

PA, I don't really see how your idea really works. There are already individual forums for discussing every aspect of the game. People simply post where they please.

Understood. I wasn't too happy about RedCon attaching to our forums because of the RedCon-Terrouge connection, but if as you say that they aren't sponsored by Terrouge anymore, I may consider to free your "poor ole' mam". ^_^

That last sentence in the quote is what interests me most, but came as no surprise to me. It gives me all more the reason to support RedCon. The Terrouge staff members don't seem to be very eager about updating or changing anything besides the e-zine and VI.

I was willing to support RWLCon, and now I'll help in whatever I can in RedCon.   :)
