What happens if the percentages add up to less than 100%? Does it just not train as much, or does it just go with what you gave it?

I *think* (and don't take my word as gospel) but that it just doesn't do anything with the space capacity.

e.g.
rats 50% all other troops at 0, then half of your barracks are going to waste.

It can be useful if you're running up big deficits and don't want to demolish all of you barracks, but in reality it's much more likely you'll set it under 100% by accident and waste a run.

sharptooh got it right.

same with eco settings in turbo - if you set them low, you just get less.
