Sandbox server

There should be a new server that's a sandbox server, the players can play around to get a feel for the game and the admins can try out new features there.

What makes you think the admins don't have a separate testing server?  ^_^

Turbo is more or less the sandbox server anyways, it resets monthly so if you totally screw up there's no real harm done -- and any major game changes always show up there first.

There was an idea to setup a newbie sandbox that got reset daily/weekly, perhaps populated with the NPC's, but there's been zero progress on that front. 
We also stopped adding in NPC's to turbo...  did you guys like them or were they not very good?

I think the NPCs were fine, the issue is that in their current form they are fairly boring and coding time has been unavailable during this term. I will have lots of time in the late summer to help you add some interesting features to them, like team dynamics.
