The new theme is ladder - after 3 days total time in the top 10, you will advance from Southsward to Mossflower. After 6 days after that spent in the top 10, you move to the Northlands. Location bonuses increase by 20% in all categories each time you move. You can't move manually, nor can you prepare raiders, so plan accordingly.

For your information, this round the location bonuses are as follows:

Southsward: no bonuses and no penalties
Mossflower: 20% bonus across the board
Northlands: 40% bonus across the board

bonuses affect the amount of workers you can hold and how fast they join you, loyalty production, and troop production, as well as scouting.
