How do I prepare Raiders

I want to attack but i cant figure out for the life of me how to prepare raiders to attack if anyone would tell me how I would be very grateful.

generals hut - prepare raiders. you need to build huts and fill them with 80 leaders per hut. this is best done by building 1k huts, earning loyalty for enough turns to ensure you can cast the spell, then demolishing half of them.

Just as an addition to this...

Each of the races has a Leadership bonus which is either positive or negative. This bonus affects the ratio you need to perform missions. A positive bonus makes it easier, a negative makes it harder. So if you're not playing one of the popular leader races, it's better to have a higher ratio than you'd otherwise need.
