Hey guys, this is just a topic to let you know when you can expect the next round to go up. The Pearls of Lutra round is more complicated than most themes so it'll take a little longer to put up than usual.

At this time, projected signup time is midnight EST. :)

Gonna be more difficult, it's a forced clan round. God help us if we are in the same clan again, and I'm elected the leader. LOL.

Does the leader even have actual power over a thing, or is it just symbolic/they can set diplo? (And does this round have forced diplomacy to war with everyone all the time, this is important)

You mean elected as part time leader. That was a dud theme.
The clan leader picks war or alliance

Leader has power to set war status and make diplo choices. I think the first week of the round will have everyone neutral, and then when leaders are elected, the leaders will be able to set war status. Leaders can't kick or accept players though.

For real though, Bluehost hates freedom between the hours of 23:30 - 2:00 ET
