What determines how many troops you can buy off mercs?

A while ago I could buy 7 million of each, now I can buy 15 million of each, but I recall a turbo round where I could buy 40 million of each.

Btw where can I get a copy of the code?

There's a limit to how many you can buy, that was the question.

land

the more land you have, the larger the maximum amount there is available.

The more camps you have, the faster you reach that maximum.

There are a few minor bugs with the merc refill code where it will sometimes not refill properly if you buy out one troop type while all the other three are near, but not at max. If you do that, then all 4 stacks will refill only until the three fullest ones are at max, and the one you bought out will be left unfilled until you buy some of the other three (or get more land).

I think I ran into that bug last turbo round. That also explains the max amount, last turbo round the amount of land was crazy. Thanks shadow.

Maybe when it gets to the max it stays there even when your land drops. Again, I don't know what I'm talking about.

once you max out, it stays there. However, if you bought all those troops, it would not refill to 28m unless you got 100k land again.
