 I just keep mine at 19% seems to work except i loose workers

 I have mine at 5%. And when I lose money badly, I rise it to a max of 25% no more then try and drop it down back 2 5% when I can.  Works really well but it depend on the amount of money you have before the - figures comes in.

At the moment it is working very well for me.
