The networth of each troop type is:
Rat - 1
Weasel - 2
Stoat - 4
Skiff - 6

Therefore when indying, if you set training to 100% rats, the amount produced will be 6 times the amount of troops produced if you had it at 100% skiffs, so that the exact same networth is produced in each case.

The same thing applies to pressgang.
I assume at 100% rats, the amount produced will be exactly 10% of your workers each cast. The same net must be produced at any troop training setting, so at 100% stoats like you tried, the number produced will be 1/4 of what it was for rats. So pretty muh what Holby said  :P  (except wouldn't it be 5k skiffs in your example Holby?)
