What does Propaganda do and can you move location if so how?
The noises of the world cannot hurt the clouds

 Propaganda gives you extra loyalty, and I'm not very sure anymore how you can go to different lands if it doesn't work the first time. Slynder will know, for sure. B)

 Propaganda creates loyalty, you can change your location by going to General's Hut, and choosing Move North, or Move South. If you're in Southsward, you can only move north.
