What day is turbo usually reset?
Highest rank in Regular: #6 (August '08)

Highest rank in Turbo: #1 (July  '09) as The NKVD

The 28th of each month. Turbo will be reset on time tomorrow, at 10 PM EST.

Certainly not a moment before. =) In fact resets tend to fall many moments AFTER.

I could actually do it tonight cause I have time, but I'm nice and waiting till the regular time.
