How come only 8 out of 32 warlords have more than 15k land and half of those 8 are in Question????  ???

Why isn't there that much going around right now?

edit: the 8 out of 32 is taking about the warlords who are currently out of protection

It's because leader players tend to scrape less than indy players, so the land ends up even more spread out in a round like this.
