Gen Hut mission cost

What factors affect the cost of gen hut missions? Specifically I am interested in the pressgang conscription spell (wildcat ability)

I think it might be Land/leader ratio?

it's all to do with ratio's and the amount of leaders you have.... I think

   manabase = (land * .1) + 100 + (huts * .2) * (race loyalty bonus) * calcSizeBonus(networth);


Then eack spell is multiplied by this:
