Wouldn't go that far yet - standard chaos is pretty hard to fund if you are doing it to a skiff masser. But there are certainly ways to work with it. 21 successful chaoses can kill something like 70% of the defender's army.

Yes but if the defender has skiffs or weasels its doubtful that you will ever break.
And since most people train skiffs most of the time it dont work.

you make 4 times as many rats as skiffs on the same amount of barracks. Skiffs have 8 defence. 4 rats have 8 offense. Massing skiffs doesn't change the outcome if you know what you are doing.

It all depends on the way the math of standart attack is set up, which i dont know. If you have to break in each troop type alone to break, or if it is just total offence vs total defence.
