But that brings me to another point. In turbo, isn't attacking only supposed to take 2% health?

That was changed a few rounds back when we switched over to 550 turns...

Yeah same, but then everyone was  maxed all the time, which is why i think they changed it, i dont think it matters though everyone is basically maxed all the time anyways...
