Reg can only end a few ways.

1)   The data base is so messed up we need to

3)   A long process where the members can force a reset

This round has been running for about a year, I think we put Reg up when we officially moved to the new server in June/July of last year. But Reg had been running for a couple years before that on the rovl.org server, I think.
