edit: I found another bug. I'm not exactly sure what is happening, but here is the scenario:

I build 100 % tents, put tax rate at 5%.
I get 400,000ish workers.
I demolish all of my tents and build markets.
I go down to 350,000ish workers.
I set tax rate at 70%.
I loot for something like 66 turns.
I lose 750,000 workers (putting me negative).
Despite the fact that my only expenses are about $250 a turn of army and whatever I was paying for workers, I lose ~25 mil cash.
Confused, I check how many workers I have. I have 0.
I earn loyalty for 1 turn.
I gain roughly 1000 workers.



What happened?
