And yet it is likely going to break Titanic's domestic box office record within the next 3 days. It's already broken the worldwide record, and it's only been out for 7 weeks. Titanic was in theaters for 41 weeks.

Oh, and I'd say Mononoke stole ideas from other movies as well. Also, I didn't think it was "WAY" better. Better yes, but not that much better. Avatar is a good movie.

Saw it not too long ago in hi def.  Really nice movie, it was no surprise that it took so long, and took so much money too ..

Again, liked it a lot.  My friends think that they look like blue cats ^_^
