This is still happening - even when it is not active, it ways I am getting the bonus.

I am not actually sure if I get the bonus or not. Next run I will do some math and find out.

I ran some tests:

It says you get an enrich bonus regardless of whether enrich in actually active, but you do not get the listed boost either way.
