New Game Guide is up

About 2/3s of the pages are up, some of the info is still out of date...  but its > than the old help system

If you'd like to contribute let me know
And let me know if anything seems odd with it.

Even an out of date help will answer a lot of the questions that new people have.  It will make us look like the our site is better maintained.  YEA!

I am making a topic under Help/Development.  This way if anyone spots something out of date, they have a place to make not of it.
