Okay, ended up in a brief online fight, and here's what my build screen looks like.

I'm sure the problem is quite readily apparent, and it's really, really drastically screwing with my ability to play. ('Cause it's not just the display; it really won't let me build anymore than that).

That is really weird, I have no idea why that's happening. o.o It doesn't make any sense at all. I could suggest having someone attack you, because your building stats are recalculated everything you get attacked. It's possible that was the problem though. Hm.
