 Look, I have over 100,000 leaders. I'm above rank 30. I can't manage to

1. Move North
2. Prepare Raiders
3. Raise Defenses

What should I do?

 Okay, here's the deal. To make all missions in Generals hut work, demolish huts! Demolish so you gain 0 leaders per turn. All missions WILL work. Then rebuild the huuts.

 OK, here's another thing: I don't have troops worth diddly squat. Should I ask for aid, or should I build up turns and buy mercenaries? I'm in BIIIIIG trouble if I don't get advice.

Demolish them gradually, not all at once. Otherwise you may end up losing leaders if you're not careful.
