The markets been frozen.

I can't buy troops from anywhere but mercs.

I'd like to at the very least, make sure this is seen. It has cause many inconveniences to my strategy.

It's been fixed but only partially. Some items can be bought, others can't. I won't be able to fix it completely until I get home, which is tomorrow at midnight. =/
